St. George Direct App Launch Giveaway

No purchase or payment is necessary. A purchase, paid service or deal redemption does not improve the odds of winning.

1. Sponsor

St. George Direct, 2998 S 3430 E, Saint George, UT 84790 (the “Sponsor”). Melted Massage provides the prizes but is not responsible for administering the giveaway unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Utah who are at least 18 years old at entry. Employees, contractors and immediate household members of the Sponsor and Melted Massage are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on September 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on September 18, 2026. The Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to enter

App entry: subscribe to St. George Direct newsletters and confirm your email address, then download the free St. George Direct iPhone app. During the promotion period, open any redeemable deal and sign in—or confirm you are already signed in—using that same confirmed newsletter email address. Completing those steps records one entry.

Free alternate entry: subscribers without a compatible iPhone may submit the same confirmed newsletter email address using the form below during the promotion period. The app and alternate methods provide equal odds and together are limited to one entry total per person and email address. Using both methods, opening more deals or submitting the form more than once does not create additional entries.

Optional notifications: app entrants may open Settings and enable Allow app alerts if they want to receive an in-app winner announcement. Notification permission is optional and is not required to enter, win or receive a prize. Potential winners will be contacted directly by email whether or not notifications are enabled.

No social-media action is an entry method. Liking, commenting, sharing, tagging, posting to a story, forwarding or sending a direct message on Facebook, Instagram or any other social platform does not award an entry and is not required. Limit one entry total per person and email address. Automated, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or late entries are void.

5. Prizes

Two winners will each receive one 50-minute massage at Melted Massage. Approximate retail value is $99.00 per prize; total approximate retail value is $198.00. Gratuity, transportation, taxes and other expenses are not included. Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner selection and notification

Two potential winners will be selected at random on September 21, 2026 from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Potential winners will be contacted directly by email and may also be announced through a St. George Direct app notification. App notifications are optional and are not required to enter, win or receive a prize. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours. If a potential winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, does not respond in time or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate at random.

7. General conditions

Entrants agree to these rules and the Sponsor’s reasonable decisions regarding administration. The Sponsor may disqualify fraud, abuse or interference and may suspend, modify or cancel the giveaway if technical failure, security issues or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair administration. If cancelled after eligible entries are received, the Sponsor may award the prizes from eligible entries received before cancellation.

8. Privacy

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners and maintain required records. App deal verification does not create a new marketing subscription. Newsletter preferences and unsubscribes remain managed through St. George Direct’s email system.

9. Release, platform disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the Sponsor, Melted Massage, Apple, Meta, Facebook and Instagram and their respective owners, employees and agents from claims arising from participation or acceptance or use of a prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Apple is not a sponsor of, involved in, or responsible for this promotion. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, incomplete or misdirected entries or technical failures outside its reasonable control.
