Jon started in the trades at just 15 years old, learning directly in the field. His leadership style is hands-on and personal — he works beside his team, not above them.
Jaimie brings her chemistry background into the business, applying science to water quality, filtration, and home comfort systems that truly fit Southern Utah’s unique environment.

Together, they created Element — a blend of skate-driven grit, scientific precision, and real community values.
