Las Palmas: Our Honest Breakfast Review

We stopped by Las Palmas to try their breakfast menu, and here’s our experience.
Breakfast Burrito Experience
We ordered the steak breakfast burrito, choosing potatoes and adding sour cream. Coffee was available, which is a nice addition for a breakfast spot. The total came to $20 for the burrito plate and coffee.

The salsa bar looked fantastic, with a wide variety of options beautifully presented. The only thing missing was spicy carrots, our personal favorite, which was a small disappointment.
Food Preparation and Service
Even though we were the only ones in the restaurant, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our food. When the burrito arrived, we cut it in half to let it cool, as breakfast burritos are usually very hot. Unfortunately, there was no sour cream and no potatoes inside.

We notified the cashier about the missing items. About three minutes later, she returned with a side of barely cooked potatoes, instead of fixing the burrito itself.
Overall Experience
At that point, the experience felt disappointing. Between the missing ingredients, the partial fix, and the overall service, we left underwhelmed. Considering our high expectations, it wasn’t what we hoped for, and we do not plan on returning.
Final Verdict

While the salsa bar and coffee options were nice, the problems with the burrito and service made it hard to recommend. For now, our Las Palmas breakfast experience didn’t meet expectations.
