The Biscuit Fix Moves Into Its Next Chapter on Sunset Blvd

Growth stories are everywhere in St. George right now, but some stand out more than others. The Biscuit Fix has officially made the leap from a popular food truck to a permanent location on Sunset, and the move marks a major milestone for a business that has earned its following one biscuit at a time.
What started as a small operation serving scratch made biscuits quickly built a loyal local fan base. The Biscuit Bus was always one of my personal favorites at the Saturday Downtown Farmers Markets. Now, that momentum has turned into a full storefront and a new partnership with Wild Goat Coffee, bringing two strong local brands together under one roof.
The new location gives The Biscuit Fix room to grow while keeping the same approachable energy that built its reputation. Customers can walk in, stay awhile and turn a quick breakfast stop into part of their routine.
At the center of it all are the biscuits.

Everything is made from scratch, and the quality shows in every bite. I’m drooling just typing this. The texture is flaky and buttery without being heavy, and the flavor combinations go well beyond the basics. Every option on the menu delivers, but if you want the insider recommendation, order The Parker. It is my personal favorite featuring sausage and drippy egg yolks.

The expansion also brought something new to the experience.
Wild Goat Coffee now shares the space, creating a full breakfast and coffee destination. Their menu adds specialty drinks that elevate the visit, including my go to order, the Orange Peel Honey. Around here, it has picked up a second name, the Samantha Parker. Bright citrus, smooth honey and rich espresso come together in a way that stands out from anything else in town.

Another win for the Biscuit fix, the incredible owners and their story behind the not-so-basic biscuit.
They are present, welcoming and fully invested in the people who walk through the door. Customers are greeted, remembered and appreciated.
The new space reflects that same philosophy. It is clean, comfortable and designed for locals to gather, meet and come back again. Nothing about the move feels corporate or overbuilt. The heart of the original food truck is still there, just with more room to serve the community that helped it grow.
This is the story of St. George right now.
Small businesses are expanding. Local owners are stepping into bigger opportunities. Independent brands are raising the standard while staying rooted in the people who supported them from the beginning.
The Biscuit Fix represents that momentum perfectly. A local idea, built with consistency and care, now stepping into its next chapter.
