The Coach Behind Some of St. George’s Biggest Conversations

St. George is in an interesting season right now.

The city is growing quickly. New businesses are opening, entrepreneurs are planting roots, and leaders are building things that are much bigger than just another company or another title. There is a serious buzz happening.

You feel it walking through places like Kiln, sitting in local coffee shops, attending events around town, or having conversations with the people shaping what Southern Utah is becoming.

On the surface, it looks super exciting.

But spend enough time around business owners and founders, and new conversation starts to appear. People are carrying A LOT!!

The pressure is very real.

Pressure to grow. Pressure to lead. Pressure to provide. Pressure to keep building while somehow still protecting their health, their relationships, their families, and themselves in the process.

That is where Andrew Devlin quietly enters the conversation.

Not with hype or flashy promises, but something different.

With real work.

Andrew has spent more than 35,000 hours in one-on-one coaching conversations. Over the years he has worked alongside names like Tony Robbins and John Maxwell while helping entrepreneurs, executives, teams, and leaders navigate growth in some of the most important seasons of their lives.

But the interesting thing about Andrew is that the conversation almost never starts with business.

It starts with people.

Years ago, Andrew found himself living a life many business owners know well. Working constantly, exhausted, stretched thin, successful on paper but disconnected from the husband, father, and man he wanted to be.

Hiring his own coach changed everything.

What began as personal growth eventually became a calling, and after years of helping people navigate both business and life, he has developed a perspective that feels increasingly important in today’s world.

“Success without fulfillment is failure.”

Simple words, but maybe more relevant now than ever.

Because many people move to St. George for opportunity, but they stay because of lifestyle.

They stay for mountain mornings before work. For Snow Canyon sunsets. For family dinners. For youth sports after school. For the ability to build something meaningful while still having a life outside of it.

Andrew’s philosophy feels rooted in that same idea.

Build the business and keep the life.

His coaching, workshops, and programs help people simplify complexity, identify the bottlenecks keeping them stuck, and create clearer paths forward. But underneath all of the strategy is something deeper.

Helping people remember why they started in the first place.

Helping leaders create success they can actually enjoy living inside of.

As St. George continues building what comes next, conversations around growth are only getting bigger.

But maybe the most important question is not how big can I build this.

Maybe the question is what am I building all of this for.

Andrew Devlin is helping people answer that every day.

And in a city full of people creating big things, that feels like work worth paying attention to.
