A St. George dad on a national stage

St. George resident Levi Arnone has reached the semifinal round of Super Dad, a public voting competition built around stories of fatherhood.

He is in the final stretch before the national finals, but he is not yet a finalist. Only the top competitor in each semifinal group advances when this round closes on November 5.

At the time of our October 30 check, Levi’s official profile listed him in eleventh place. Rankings can change quickly as free and donation based votes arrive, so readers should use the live profile for the current position.

Who Levi is

Levi’s public professional profile identifies him with St. George. On his contest page, he describes a schedule that includes a full time office job, part time work as a skydiving instructor and caring for his boys on weeknights and weekends while his wife works.

His answers focus less on the title than on the ordinary moments of raising children. He writes about watching his boys experience life for the first time, seeing their personalities emerge and learning to slow down enough to notice the moments that will matter later.

If he wins, Levi says he would save and invest part of the award, set money aside for his boys, take the family on a meaningful vacation and put some toward a family friendly truck that would make camping easier.

How the semifinal works

One free daily vote

Eligible voters can cast one free vote every 24 hours after completing the contest’s verification process.

Optional donation votes

Adults can make an optional donation to cast additional votes. No purchase or donation is required to participate.

One spot advances

The competitor with the most qualifying votes in each semifinal group advances to the finals, where votes reset.

Semifinal voting is scheduled to end Thursday, November 5 at 7 PM Pacific Standard Time, which is 8 PM in St. George. The official rules say competition dates are approximate and may be extended, so the live countdown remains the final reference.

What is at stake

The verified grand prize package carries an approximate value of $32,500. It includes a $25,000 honorarium and participation in an Ace Hardware presented television commercial.

The official rules say the commercial is expected to receive at least four thirty second placements during the Ace Shootout 2027 on Golf Channel. The competition itself is operated by Colossal Management for Action Initiative Team and is not owned or operated by Ace Hardware.

How the fundraising works

Donation based votes are received by Action Initiative Team. The rules state that remaining funds are granted to Children’s Miracle Network after competition fees, variable costs and the amount retained by Action Initiative Team. A free vote remains available every 24 hours.

How Southern Utah can support him

Readers can review Levi’s full story and cast a free daily vote on his official Super Dad profile.

For Southern Utah, the local angle is simple: one of our own has reached the last round before the national finals. Whether Levi advances will depend on the qualifying votes recorded before the semifinal closes.
